"Rubio Plantation Retreat is locaeted 220 Km from Kavieng, down the scenic Buluminski Highway. It takes about 3 hours to drive there. Rubio Plantation starts from the beach and goes up into the mountains. The bungalows are made from native materials and are located along the beachfront. The kitchen servers 3 meals a day. The meals consist of combination of European, Asian and local foods, and home baked bread and pastries. Rubio offers activities such as caving, hiking, surfing, bird watching, canoeing and bicycling."
